Claire specialises in strategy, impact and learning for complex social
programmes and systems change movements.

With over 15 years’ experience across international development, violence
prevention and the third sector, Claire supports organisations working in
complex social environments to develop clear strategies, credible approaches
to impact and meaningful learning processes. She has advised foundations,
INGOs and charities across the UK and internationally.
Claire combines strategic thinking with deep practical experience in evaluation, research and participatory strategy development. Her work spans issues including violence prevention, education, community safety, disability inclusion and systems change, with clients including the LEGO Foundation, World Vision, the British Council and Leonard Cheshire.
