Dr Nick Basannavar is a leadership adviser and historian with deep expertise in culture, inclusion and ethics. He supports leaders and teams to navigate questions of power, bias and morality in complex organisational settings.
Nick has worked globally across corporate, public and charitable sectors, including senior roles at Deloitte UK, Principia Advisory and Included. Since 2023, he has run his own consultancy, working with dozens of leading organisations.
