Kelly is a coaching psychologist helping leaders build resilience, navigate change and create healthy, sustainable performance.
Kelly is a Chartered Coaching Psychologist and ICF Professional Certified Coach with more than 2,000 hours of coaching experience. She works with leaders navigating change, pressure, career transitions and complex workplace challenges.
Kelly brings more than 15 years of corporate experience alongside her coaching psychology expertise. Her evidence-based approach helps leaders strengthen self-awareness, confidence and resilience, while developing practical ways to lead and perform sustainably. Kelly has extensive experience supporting leaders in the voluntary sector, including a long-standing relationship with Alzheimer’s Society. She understands the pressures of purpose-driven organisations, where limited resources, high demands and commitment to the cause often intersect.
