Liddy Greenaway

Consultant

Liddy specialises in mixed methods research and evaluation, supporting
organisations to understand how change happens and increase impact.

Liddy is a monitoring, evaluation, research and learning specialist with over 12
years’ experience in the humanitarian, development and social impact sectors. She is experienced in designing and delivering large evaluation and research studies, and supporting organisations to build systems and tools that enhance learning and adaptation.

Her work brings together statistical analysis, participatory qualitative approaches and visual storytelling, exploring ways in which complex data can be meaningfully translated and communicated to drive evidence-based decision-making. She prioritises inclusive research approaches that centre stakeholder perspectives and amplify underrepresented voices.

Liddy has particular experience in evaluating innovation, with a strong understanding of evidence needs across the innovation journey. She was previously a Senior Adviser at Wellcome, where she worked with teams to strengthen MEL processes and led research and learning on equity, diversity and inclusion.
