We hosted a webinar based on an opinion piece our director wrote. The event sold out and generated a lot of discussions around the use of storytelling to produce more impactful, culturally responsive, trauma-informed and representative findings that could make a difference for all. The webinar is based on a half a day training provided by Nexus.

We were selected to facilitate a participatory organisational assessment to inform the institutional strengthening plans of International Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Trans and Intersex Association (ILGA), a global federation of more than 2,000 member organisations from 170 countries campaigning for the human rights of LGBTI people.

We were selected to facilitate a participatory organisational assessment to inform the institutional strengthening plans of the Global Philanthropy Project, whose aim is to expand philanthropic support for LGBTI people and movements in the Global South and East – mainly by working directly with funders around the world.

We delivered two workshops for London Youth member organisations. One of them was on equity, diversity and inclusion (EDI) for senior leaders. The other workshop was on systems thinking and governance with a focus on EDI.

The report we produced on health research in Latin America is out! We collaborated with the Brazilian National Cancer Institute (INCA) and were supported by Wellcome Connecting Science Learning and Training and the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative. Our findings highlight the urgent need for transformative efforts not only to develop expertise in Latin America but also to retain it.

We started a new project, supporting Red ALAS Género, “Alas Network” in English. This is an amazing academic network of feminist and gender-informed members that seeks to transform legal education and knowledge systems in Latin America for improved legal outcomes for women and minoritised sexualities.

We facilitated the development of Panorama’s new 2030 strategy and implementation plan at event in Switzerland. PANORAMA, solutions for a healthy planet, encompasses all knowledge management strategies of the Kunming-Montréal Global Biodiversity Framework (GBF) and is a flagship initiative led by Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH and IUCN.

We were guest speakers at a Symposium organised by Legal Aid Practitioners Group (LAPG) for a cohort of leaders completing a 7-month journey. We talked about future trends in EDI and what it might mean for leaders and their organisations.

We deliver two workshops at this event for a range of organisations led by and for youth, organised by London Youth in partnership with Young London and the London South Bank University. The workshops were about storytelling, with a focus on trauma-informed and decolonised practice.
